What is Sida Cordifolia?
This extract of the Sida Cordifolia plant acts as a general stimulant and can also be an appetite suppressant. It can be used as a pre-workout boost and is even more powerful when combined with caffeine, which is why we have combined it with Guarana. If you have used Sida Cordifolia before you already know how fantastic the results can be.
How should Sida Cordifolia be taken?
Take 1-2 caplets per day. Take the first caplet in the morning and the second no later than mid afternoon. It is important not to take them much later than this due to the energy boost some people experience. If you take them later you may have too much energy to sleep. Do not take more than 4 caplets per day. It may be useful to give your body a break from taking the supplement from time to time. For example try taking it for 3-4 weeks and then take a break for a few days, then again for 3-4 weeks and so on.
Should I alter my diet?
No, but it is important to eat a sensible breakfast, lunch and dinner so as not to deprive your body of fuel. Do not dramatically reduce your food intake, your body will go into "Starvation mode" and, thinking it is being starved, will begin to store fat more efficiently.
It is very important that you drink lots of water. You may find that you are more thirsty than usual. This is normal and is actually beneficial, as you will find that drinking more water and eating fruit becomes more appealing. Water and fruit helps to detoxify the body, plus drinking more water makes Sida Cordifolia more effective. Keep alcohol comsumption to a minimum.
How long should I take Sida Cordifolia for?
As long as you like. Once the desired results have been achieved you may continue taking the caplets on a reduced maintenance dose. Perhaps 1 caplet 2-3 times per week. Everyone is different so find the doseage to suit you as an individual.
How much is Sida Cordifolia?
We manufacture the caplets in our factory in North Yorkshire so buying direct from the manufacturer saves you money. Buy 60 caplets for £9.95.
Who can take it?
It is suitable for both men and women. We would only recommend it for adults. Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women. If in any doubt please discuss this with your GP or healthcare provider.
