St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) is used by thousands of people worldwide. Each tablet provies 150mg of 5:1 extract and contains 0.3% hypericine and is the equivalent of taking 1665mg of the fresh herb.

Each St John’s Wort tablet provides 500 micrograms of hypericine.

DOSAGE:  Take 1 or tablets a day with food.
