Grapefruit seed extract can be used as a daily food supplement in caplet form to help maintain a healthy digestive system.

In liquid form, use as a natural mouthwash to gargle with, or take a few drops in water or juice.  Ideal for use when travelling to places where the drinking water may not be as safe as usual. 

Applied topically Grapefruit Seed Extract can be applied on the feet and between the toes when using the communal swimming pool or showers, or on babies bottom for nappy rash.
