Agnus Castus: The growing characteristics of Agnus Castus can be best seen in its native Mediterranean where it thrives in the warm climate. Its characteristic uses for women, are also well known there. Happily, the medical characteristics of Agnus Castus are becoming as well known in the UK as in its native Mediterranean areas.

Valerian: Valere is the Latin verb to be healthy. The root of Valerian has historically been used as a medicine.

Siberian Ginseng: There are three main types of Ginseng - Asian, Siberian and American. Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) is a very distant relative, yet it exhibits identical health-giving properties.
