Available as a tablet, powder or cream is just as effective when applied topically as a cream.  

The White Crystalline powder is recommended for those with extreme skin issues, those who will benefit from sprinkling an amount into the bath for batheing in.  

 The cream may be rubbed into the skin,hands and nails for added benefit.
