It is very important that you drink lots of water. You may find that you are more thirsty than usual. This is normal and is actually beneficial, as you will find that drinking more water and eating fruit becomes more appealing. Water and fruit helps to detoxify the body, plus drinking more water makes Sida Cordifolia more effective. Keep alcohol consumption to a minimum.

Dosage:

Take 1-2 caplets per day. Take the first caplet in the morning and the second no later than mid afternoon. It is important not to take them much later than this due to the energy boost some people experience. If you take them later you may have too much energy to sleep. Do not take more than 4 caplets per day. It may be useful to give your body a break from taking the supplement from time to time. For example try taking it for 3-4 weeks and then take a break for a few days, then again for 3-4 weeks and so on.
