Similar to Bladderwrack, Kelp is a sea algae that provides the trace element iodine.  Minute amounts of iodine are needed by your body from maintaining a healthy thyroid. gland function, which in turn controls metabolism.  Also important for the growth and development of healthy hair, skin and nails.  Kelp is favoured by Japanese for its nutritional properties and its non-digestible fibre.  Also helps to maintain a healthy urinary system.

500mg of Kelp typically provides 500 micrograms of iodine.

DOSAGE:  Take 1-2 tablets a day with a meal.
