PRICING

Competitive Prices    

Quite simply our prices are so competitive because we don't use fancy and expensive blister packaging, as do many of our retail competitors. So we pass these savings onto you our customer. We don't expect you to pay for our expensive marketing costs!

Quality Ingredients    

Although we are competitively priced, we still use quality raw ingredients and effective, sometimes more exlusive formula's than other brands on the high street.  See our price comparison on specific products for more details.

DELIVERIES

UK Orders

Orders placed before 11am will be despatched the same working day if in stock.  They will be despatched via a Royal Mail 2nd class service.  Please remember that heavy items can take up to 5 days to be delivered by Royal Mail.

Orders placed after 11am will be despatched the next working day.

Orders under £15 will incur a £1.95 postage & packaging fee.  Orders over £15 will be free postage.  Urgent orders must be phoned through and if a first class service is required then we charge £0.50 per item for this service.

Please note, that once goods leave our premises they are in Royal Mail's hands.  Royal Mail will try to deliver your goods.  If unsucessful they should leave a card to say that your parcel has been taken back to the sorting office.  They do not always do this so please check with your local sorting office if you have not received your goods.

Overseas Orders

Orders placed before 11am will be despatched the same working day if in stock.  They will be despatched via a Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail service.  Please allow 5 to 15 days to be delivered.

Orders placed after 11am will be despatched the next working day.

Orders under £15 will incur a £5 postage fee.  Orders over £15 will incur a 20% order total fee for postage.

Returns and Refunds 

All returns and refunds are to be authorised by Hellenia Ltd.  We do not normally refund items but exceptions can be made in the following circumstances:

  • Goods damaged in transit
  • Goods have been incorrectly despatched

In these circumstances you will be provided with a prepaid returns bag or label and asked to provide your full name and details including telephone and order number. 

We advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office. 

We regret that no refunds will be given on products already opened unless otherwise agreed by Hellenia Ltd.

PACKAGING

Environmental & Recling Policy

We make every effort to be environmentally conscious and minimise the environmental impact of modern manufacturing processes used within the food supplements industry.

Our plastic containers, which the majority of our products are dispensed in, are all recyclable and we would encourage our customers to take them to their local recycling facilities. If you are unsure as to your nearest recycling facility then www.recyclenow.com is a fantastic website that allows you to perform a search for your nearest recycling point.

Our office and factory are all run under this policy and our employees are actively encouraged to recycle and save power wherever possible. All office paper waste is reused then shredded to be used as packaging (please note any sensitive paperwork is cross shredded in house prior to being destroyed). (This conforms with the Data Protection Act 1986). We also reuse cardboard and packaging. Our ink cartridges are recycled by the RNIB, money raised goes to help the blind enjoy such things as talking books and used stamps are also saved and sent to charities to raise money for good causes such as the RSPB.  Our staff facilities are well equipped with recycling points for paper, plastics and glass.

In order to maintain our green commitment we would encourage electronic communications wherever possible.

 

I may not be at home when the package comes. What can I do?

You can either request it be delivered to an alternative address such as your place of work or a neighbour, or you can ask for a “flat-pack” to enable it to fit through your letter box. If you ask for a flat-pack, your tablets/capsules will arrive in a plastic self-seal bag, so is only advised if you have a suitable container you can use.

Do you sell my personal details on to third parties?

No. All your details are kept safe with us at our offices. We do not pass on your details to third parties.
